Job Description: 工作职责：
* 与外籍教师合作共同计划、实施每日教学，并承担班级管理的各项工作
* 每天完成一至两个时段（每个时段约为1小时）的汉语言教学工作
* 每周完成一个时段（约为1小时）的中国研习课教学工作
* 观察学生的强项和薄弱点，并据此计划适宜和促进学生发展和学习的机会
* 和家长建立良好的关系
* 平等对待所有学生，不抱偏见
* 保护学生、学生家庭以及学校同事的个人隐私
* 保持对专业知识、态度和技能的不断进取
* 积极完成部门主管分配的及与职责相关的任务


基本要求：
* 本科或以上学历，师范类或中文专业，并持有小学教师资格证书和普通话证书
* 关爱孩子，有与他们平等对话的意识
* 热爱教育事业，有观察和评估学生兴趣、需要和发展的能力，及设计和发展课程的能力
* 英语熟练，与外籍老师及学生交流无障碍
* 开朗、积极主动，有耐心和爱心
* 有跨文化工作经验者优先
* 熟练使用计算机
* 有乐器（如小提琴等）演奏经验者优先
