Job Description: The Academic Vice Principal will support the Co-Principals in providing leadership, guidance and overall curriculum support for the following specialized academic programmes in Secondary and Secondary personnel.

Major Responsibilities:

Heads of Departments in Secondary and Programme Coordinators in Secondary
Cooperate with Head of ECE and Head of Primary
Cooperate with Heads of None-Academic
IB Diploma, IGCSE, and Key Stage 3 academic programmes
English literacy programme
International Staff Development and Performance Appraisals Secondary Staff
Learning Support and Special Education
Gifted programme
Cultural activities and programmes
School Excursion Programme
Admissions
School examinations
Timetable
Report cards
Classroom and school resources
Parental communication
Initiating special programmes to enrich the curriculum
Arrange cover for classes
Whole school duty roster: together with Head of ECE, Head of Primary and/or Head of Secondary
Assembly roster for Monday school assemblies
Morning Tea Schedule
Other duties as required by the School and the Co-Principals
