| Job Description: |
1) To support the in managing school assets, teaching resources and consumables
2) To keep a clear record of resources at all times by updating data into the software and labeling resources in a timely manner
3) To assist and support teachers to borrow and return teaching resources
4) To assist in compiling and updating policies, procedures and other reports regularly
5) To conduct internal audit on an annual basis |
| Job Requirements: |
1) Higher Diploma or above with minimum 1-year working experience
2) Relevant working experience in library, resources center or warehouse management will be advantage
3) Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
4) Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop and Chinese Word Processing
5) Pleasant, energetic, proactive and detail-oriented |
