| Job Description: |
Facilitate Customer Service;
External and Internal Communication in the form of meetings, emails and telephone calls;
Take on senior responsibilities as directed and required by the Head of Admission;
Creating, Managing and Following Up with Enquiries; Planning, Arranging, Coordinating and Conducting Campus Tours, Coordinating and Facilitating Student and Family Interviews and testing;
Follow the Application Process; Detailed Data Management;
and Assisting with and attending Promotional Events. All with the objective of facilitating new student admissions through converting enquiries to campus visits to applications. |
| Job Requirements: |
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Minimum 5 years of working experience
3. Strong interpersonal and communications skills
4. Dynamic, self-motivated, self-directed individual
5. Organized with great teamwork and record keeping skills
6. An excellent command of English, both written and spoken required
7. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, notably Outlook, Excel PowerPoint and Word |
