This role is for North campus
1. Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis • Conduct market intelligence research on market demand, local and regional public policies, demographics. • Monitor competitor activities including changes in programme offering, tuition, admission process, promotional tactics etc. via mystery shopping and data tracking to derive strategic implications, with the support of local teams and Regional Media Manager • Support local admissions teams in developing realistic enrolment projections, market share analysis, and identifying growth opportunities for informed planning.
2. Admissions Planning and Strategy Execution • Perform regional-level data analysis on admission KPIs to identify trends and generate insights for potential improvements. • Support and direct local admission teams on enrolment performance analytics. • Facilitate admissions collaborations in the region by guiding students (prospective and existing) to their best-fit schools within the cluster, addressing diverse educational needs through our multi-pathway offerings. • Together with the Regional Head to follow up with schools on admissions strategy execution • Design and deliver training programmes for schools across the region to empower local admissions teams by fostering a strategic mindset and client-oriented vision, also equipping admissions staff with the essential skills needed to support the transformation of the admissions function and process. • Work closely with the IT department on system enhancements to support the transformation of the admissions function and process.
3. Others • Support the Regional Head in developing strategic presentations for management. |
| Job Requirements: |
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in the education sector. • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to negotiate and formalise partnerships. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. • Strong capability to work independently with accountability, demonstrating a proactive and result-oriented approach. • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including different partners, school teams and cross-functional teams. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively. • Willingness to travel and work on weekends or evenings to attend events, visit potential partners, and support local school teams. |
