Job Description: Major Responsibilities:
1. 独⽴承担中学中⽂⺟语教学任务，以及中学中⽂⾮⺟语教学任务
Independently undertake Secondary school Chinese (first-language) teaching tasks, as well as Secondary
school Chinese as a second-language teaching tasks
2. 适应并配合教学时间的临时调整和代课任务
Adapt to and cooperate with temporary adjustments in teaching schedules and substitute teaching
assignments.
3. 与家⻓保持持续沟通，关注学⽣的学业进展和⾏为表现
Maintain ongoing communication with parents regarding students' academic progress and behaviour.
4. 组织并协助学校的⼤型活动和学⽣的课外活动
Organize and cooperate with large-scale school events and students' extracurricular activities
5. 使⽤英⽂撰写学⽣学业成绩报告
Compose student academic performance reports in English.
6. 积极参与部⻔及机构的个⼈与团队发展相关的培训和任务
Engage actively in personal and team development training and tasks within the department and the
institution.
Qualifications:
1. 汉语⾔⽂学专业或对外汉语专业本科及以上
Bachelor's degree or above in Chinese Language and Literature or Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language.
2. 英语六级及以上
Proficiency in English at the CET-6 level or above.
3. 普通话⼆级甲等以上
Mandarin proficiency at the second level, Grade A or above.
4. 熟练使⽤各种办公类、学习类软件
Proficient in using various office and educational software.
Experience:
1. 具有中学中⽂⺟语教学经验者优先
Priority is given to those with Secondary school Chinese (first-language) teaching experience
2. 有国际⽂凭考试如IGCSE,IB教学经验者优先
Candidates with experience in teaching international diploma programs such as IGCSE or IBDP are preferred.
3. 能对中学⽣进⾏有效的班级管理和品⾏规范
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage middle school classrooms and regulate student behavior.
4. 能够与外籍教师合作进⾏常规班级管理
Capable of cooperating with international teachers for routine class management.
