- 具大學程度及持有教育文憑或以上學歷；主修中文
- 能以純正普通話授課及以英語溝通
- 不少於兩年中文一語 / 二語教學經驗
- 對國際普通中學教育文憑考試（IGCSE）及國際文憑課程（IB）有足夠的認知
- 具課程發展經驗者或曾領導課程發展者優先考慮
- 具組織體驗式學習（如遊學課程）的能力及經驗
- 頭腦靈活、有創見及願意接受挑戰（如參與跨學科課程設計等） |
