| Job Description: |
1. Teach basic engineering principles through practical, hands-on projects, introducing students to concepts like forces, structures, and simple mechanical systems.
2. Encourage problem-solving and creativity by guiding students through design challenges, such as building bridges, towers, or simple machines with everyday materials.
3. Introduce basic technical drawing and visual communication skills, preparing students to present their designs clearly.
4. Provide opportunities for students to explore materials and tools safely, helping them understand how different materials behave and how to use basic equipment.
5. Incorporate sustainability principles by encouraging students to think about environmental and ethical considerations in their projects.
6. Develop teamwork and collaboration skills through group projects that simulate real-world engineering challenges.
7. Encourage curiosity and interest in engineering careers, sharing examples of how engineering is applied to solve global problems. |
