Job Description: 市场招生专员

工作职责：
 按需参加校内各项活动及校外市场推广活动；
 根据学校市场招生宣传工作的需要，协助拍摄校内外活动的照片和视频，并根据需要，使用视频软件制作活动宣传视频；
 熟练使用Photoshop、InDesign、Adobe Illustrator等设计软件，协助完成学校宣传册及其他设计排版任务，确保内容准确、美观且符合品牌形象；
 根据市场招生经理的要求，协助定期进行校园环创设计工作，帮助提升学校市场招生活动的家长体验；
 支持市场招生经理在周边社区开展商业拓展与关系维护，包括但不限于幼儿园、托育所、月子中心及小区等，促进良好的合作关系
 接听咨询电话，回复咨询邮件，准确记录信息、实时更新并及时安排跟进；
 协助接待安排学校参观及信息介绍会向新家长介绍学校全方位信息；
 在新家庭入学申请流程过程中给与指导与协助；
 按要求制作各类招生报告；为市场招生经理及主管的数据分析提供相应原始数据；
 根据市场招生经理及主管的要求完成其他需要配合的招生市场部工作。

Job Requirements: 任职资格：
 至少拥有英语、传播学或市场营销专业的学士学位；
 至少通过大学英语六级考试，具备流利的英语口语和书面表达能力。
 能熟练使用Microsoft Office软件，包括Excel和 PowerPoint；
 注重细节，条理清晰，守时；
 性格外向，能够在多元文化环境中舒适地工作；
 具备平面设计软件知识及制作视觉吸引力强的演示文稿的能力者优先；
 愿意接受不定时工作及周末加班。
