| Job Description: |
The incumbent is to coordinate the planning and implementation of all sports programmes and other co-curricular activities in the Secondary Section.
Responsibilities:
- To manage, review, and develop the sports programmes and other co-curricular activities
- To liaise with students, parents, the school community, and the other stakeholders
- To perform other duties assigned by School Leadership Team
- To plan, schedule, and oversee sports functions, inter-school competitions, and other co-curricular activities
- To organize, coordinate and manage manpower and resources for the school sports teams, sports functions, inter-school competitions, and other co-curricular activities
- To manage the school sports teams and ensure the teams demonstrate good sportsmanship when representing the school in competitions
- To develop and implement risk assessments and appropriate protocols to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all participating students |
| Job Requirements: |
Requirements:
- Holder of a bachelor’s degree or above in sports management, health, physical education, or other related fields
- Minimum 5 years of athletic, coaching, and teaching experience
- Passionate about sports and education
- Energetic and detail-oriented with good leadership, analytical, administrative, and multitasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work beyond normal school hours
- Understanding of the development of young athletes as well as sports in Hong Kong, HKSSF, and ISSFHK is preferable |
