Job Description: |
Job Purpose: To performance the compensation & benefits function of HR operation and other related tasks to assist Head of HRD in providing excellent HR related service to all staff.
Duties: • Handle routine C&B related matters and ensure timely and accurate execution of payroll, pension, housing fund, tax reporting etc. • Responsible for handling banking related matters for staff including bank card application, agreement signing, pay/tax slip management etc. • Responsible for personnel information filing of all staff and maintaining data updates in HRIS • Responsible for new hire/ separation staff registration • Responsible for staff benefits management including but not limited to medical check, insurance, reimbursement etc. • Respond to staff enquiries related to compensation & benefits in a timely and professional manner • Assist in preparing C&B related documents or letters per instruction • Assist in C&B related reporting, auditing etc. • Contract Management including contract preparation, annual renewal & extension and termination and other type of employment related agreement. • Assist in researching, analyzing, and developing modifications to benefits programs to meet school objectives , participate remuneration market research & trend analysis. • Assist in annual budgeting process, personnel cost analysis by providing C&B report and analysis to Head of HR or school leadership Team. • Support other HR functions as required and assigned by Head of HR |
Job Requirements: |
• Bachelor Degree or above. Minimum 3 years of work experience in HR (2 years in C&B function in a multi-national company preferred). • Proficiency in C&B knowledge and practice. • Fluency in English writing and conversation is a must. • Knowledge in HR information system • Familiar with Chinese Labor law and regional labor regulations. • Able to work comfortably with people from different cultures. • Initiative, willing to learn, detail oriented, able to work under pressure and good team player |
