Job Description: 1.负责学生的中文教学工作；
2.与西方老师建立良好的关系，合作完成相关教学及班级管理工作；
3.组织和参与学校的相关活动；
4.充分利用书籍、设备等教学资源实现教学目标；
5.明确适用于教学主题和学生的教学目标、内容和课程，不断改进教学方法；
6.本着对自身发展负责的原则，时刻关注与教育相关的研究与开发；
7.校长安排的其他工作。
Job Requirements: 1.具有政府教育部门颁发的有效教师资格证；
2.本科或者本科以上相关专业学历；
3.热爱教育，具备使用中英两种语言作为工作语言的能力；
4.态度积极，工作主动、认真、严谨，善于团队合作；
5.认同并愿意践行耀中教育机构的教育理念和使命观；
5.遵守员工手册内容与工作手册、校内各项政策规定。
