Job Description: |
Overall Description: The incumbent will be responsible for supporting YCIS Beijing Marketing Division; He/she will implement marketing projects with responsibilities that include public relations, marketing events management, and liaise with media partners and content writing. Major Responsibilities: Developing, writing, and editing content that highlights the uniqueness of YCIS for all print and online media channels. Work with the team to support the organization of promotional events and activities, as needed. Establish new partnerships and create new promotional/branding opportunities. Developing and updating promotional items including advertisements, press releases, and collateral materials; Maintain partners’ and contact databases. Liaise with all Online and Print Media Partners. Create marketing collaterals working with the Head of Marketing. Offer creative input into advertising campaigns. Maintain an active presence on all social media platforms. Increase social media channel growth and engagement. Identify and track KPI’s and making adjustments as needed. Monitor campaign budget and advise on campaign optimization. Create and maintain editorial calendar for multiple channels. Responsible for executing implementation of SEO and SEM strategies. School website maintenance. Create regulate web content (school news and events). Produce reports on a monthly basis and when required. Other duties as assigned by the Head of Marketing. |
Job Requirements: |
Requirements and Qualifications: University graduate with major in Marketing, Communications, and Business Management or related. Minimum 5 years of working experience in marketing, public relations and/or sales. Preferable Native English-speaker. Excellent team player and communicator, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. High level of initiative and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with clear expectations and timelines. Ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed. Good computer and software skills. Experience in online or digital marketing (social media, analytics, email marketing). |
